Due to the custom nature of our Personalized Devotional Prayer Card Sets, we can not accept returns.

However, sometimes mistakes just happen. Should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us so we have an opportunity to make things right. Please email us at hello@backgateprayers.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be specific as to what happened. If it was a shipping issue, we would like to know that as well. We will get back to you as soon as we are able to make things right.

Since we are a small team & each set is hand designed, production time can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on if we are in a busy season. Our busiest times of year for orders are Mother's Day, Valentine's Day & Christmas.

Shipping typically takes up to 4 days once your order is placed in the mail. We ship via USPS.

There are 20 biblically-based prayers on the front & back of 10 cards for all the sets except the Praise Card Devotional set which is 10 prayers on 10 cards. There are also accompanying scripture references listed on each card to denote where in God's word the prayers were based.
