From one generation of Christian moms to another—Our heart is to help Christian women create a culture of prayer in their homes. 


We created Backgate Prayers' unique prayer card devotionals to serve as a beautiful daily reminder to pause & align our heart with God's biblical truths each day. Each set is tailored for a different season of life–whether you're single, married, raising kids or grandparenting–to guide you in prayer when the words seem hard to find.

 

How we got started

our backstory

We are 3 busy moms who want to help people incorporate prayer for their loved ones into their daily routine.

In 2017, God brought us together from various places & walks of life. Through chats at our shared back gate, our lives became intertwined & personal life treasures were discussed. One of these treasures was a love-worn & personalized set of prayer cards for our kids. We dreamt about updating and recreating this to encourage others to pray for their loved ones. 

What started as a personal need became a mission—to create beautiful, meaningful prayer tools that help families pray consistently & specifically for the people they love most.
